(1) No suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the prescribed authority for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder.
13. Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no civil court shall have jurisdiction in respect of any matter which the Government or the prescribed authority is empowered by or under this Act to determine and no injunction shall he granted by any court or other authority in respect of any power conferred by or under this Act.
14. The prescribed authority, and every officer empowered by the Government while exercising any power or performing any duty under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
