(1) The Chief Engineer may, supply water for any purpose other than a domestic purpose, on such terms and conditions consistent with this Act and the regulations made thereunder on receiving a written application specifying the purpose for which such supply is required and the quantity likely to be consumed.
Water supplied for domestic purposes not to be used for nondomestic purposes.

(2) On the sanction of the application under sub-section
(1), the Chief Engineer may, subject to such charges and rates as may be fixed by the regulations, lay or allow to be laid the necessary pipes and water fittings of such dimensions and descriptions as may be prescribed by the regulations and may arrange for the supply of water through such pipes and fittings.
27. The Board may by agreement, supply water in bulk to the Government including the Central Government, the Corporation or any other local authority or any other public or private undertaking on such terms as to payment and as to the period and the conditions of supply as may be agreed upon between the Board and such authority.
28. The Board may, provide free of charges gratuitous supply of wholesome water to the public within the city of Hyderabad or the city of Secunderabad and may, for that purpose, erect public stand posts or other conveniences.
