Section 3: Establishment of the Bank.

The Hyderabad State Bank Act, 1350 Fasli.State Act of Telangana

(1) *The Hyderabad State Bank shall be established. [XXX]

(2) The Bank shall be a body corporate having a common seal and it shall have the power to institute and defend suits and other legal proceedings and to discharge all such duties as may be necessary for its purposes.
