The Telangana Irrigation Act, 1357 Fasli.State Act of Telangana

(1) As soon as possible after the issue of a notification under section 6, the Collector shall cause a public notice to be published at proper places, stating that the Government intends to use the water as aforesaid, and that claims for compensation may be submitted before him.

Compensation in case of damage caused by entry on land etc.

Compensation on account of interruption of supply of water.

Appeal of order passed under section 25 or 26.

Notice as to submission of claims for compensation.

(2) A copy of sections 22 and 24 shall be annexed to every such notice.
