Section 26

The Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987.State Act of Telangana · Act 34 of 1987

(1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a complaint by, or with the previous sanction in writing of the Welfare Commissioner.

(2) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of first class shall try any offence punishable by or under this Act.
