Section 10: Procedure in case of contravention.

The Telangana Maternity Benefit Act. 1349 Fasli.State Act of Telangana

[(1) No prosecution for the provisions of this Act or of the rules thereunder shall be instituted except by an Inspector or with his written permission.]

(2) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the first Class shall try any case for the contravention of this Act or the rules thereunder.
