Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2008.State Act of Telangana · Act 11 of 2008

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2008.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18th December, 2007.
