The Telangana Members of Police Force (Regulation of Transfers) Act, 1985.State Act of Telangana · Act 9 of 1985

(1) Notwithstanding anything in any law for the time being in force, a member of the police force shall be liable to service in any part of the State of 4Telangana.

(2) The Government may make rules for the regulation of transfer of members of police force from one part of the State to another part within the State of 4Telangana by such authority as may be prescribed.
