The Telangana Muttah, Jattu, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1976.State Act of Telangana · Act 61 of 1976

(1) On an application made by the Board for the recovery of arrears of any sum payable to it under this Act or any schemes and on its furnishing a statement of accounts in respect of such arrears, the Collector may, after making such inquiries as he deems fit, grant a certificate for the recovery of the amount stated therein to be due as arrears.

(2) A certificate by the Collector shall be final and conclusive as to the arrears due. The arrears stated to be due therein shall then be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
