Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Mutually Aided Co-operative Societies Act, 1995.State Act of Telangana · Act 30 of 1995

This Act may be called the Telangana Mutually Aided Co-operative Societies Act, 1995.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Telangana Gazette, appoint.
