[36-A. Application of Chapter XIII A of the Telangana Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.-- The provisions of Chapter XIIIA containing sections 115-A and 115-B of the Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 shall mutatis-mutandis apply to all co-operative Banks.

Explanation:- For the purposes of this section a Co-operative Bank means a society registered under this Act, which is doing the business of Banking as defined in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.]
