Dissolution by Registrar.-- (1) The Registrar or any person authorised by him may, after giving the Co-operative Society ninety days notice may issue an order dissolving the Co-operative Society, where he has reasonable cause to believe that the Co-operative Society has no right to be or to continue to be recognized as a Co-operative Society.]
