Section 2: Definitions.

The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University Act, 1998.State Act of Telangana · Act 34 of 1998

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:-

(a) "Prescribed" means prescribed by the Rules, Statutes and Regulations made under this Act;

(b) "Society" means the National Society for Promotion and Advancement of Legal Studies and Research registered under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 Fasli;

(c) "University" means the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University established under section 3 of this Act [hereinafter named as NALSAR University of law.]
