Section 11: Executive Board.

The Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1989.State Act of Telangana · Act 13 of 1989

There shall be an Executive Board consisting of the following members of the Governing council, namely:-

(1) the Vice-President of the Governing Council;

(2) the Secretary of the Governing Council;

(3) the Secretary to Government, Health Medical and Family Welfare;

(4) the Secretary, Finance and Planning (Finance Wing) Department;

(5) the Dean of the Faculty of the Institute;

(6) a member of the Nizam’s Charitable Trust to be nominated by the President; and

(7) a member to be nominated by the President from amongst the Financing Agencies.
