The Telangana Official Languages Act, 1966.State Act of Telangana · Act 9 of 1966

(1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana 3[Official Languages] Act, 1966.

(2) It extends to the whole of the 2State of Telangana.

4[2. In the whole of the State of Telangana,-

(a) The Telugu Language shall be the Official Language; and

(b) the Urdu Language shall be the Second Official Language.]
