Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1993.State Act of Telangana · Act 3 of 1993

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1993.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Telangana Gazette appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
