Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Pawn Brokers Act, 2002.State Act of Telangana · Act 6 of 2002

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Pawn Brokers Act, 2002.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date and in such areas as the Government may by notification, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas.
