Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Prohibition of Smoking and Health Protection Act, 2002.State Act of Telangana · Act 14 of 2002

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Prohibition of Smoking and Health Protection Act, 2002.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by, notification, in the Telangana Gazette appoint.
