Section 15: Compensation to landholder for loss caused by execution of work.

The Telangana Railways, Government Irrigation Sources and other Public Buildings Protection Act, 1321 Fasli.State Act of Telangana

Any [XXX] landholder or any other person shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for any loss or damage occasioned to him by, or in the course of the execution of work done, under sections 5, 7, 9 or 11. The amount of compensation shall be fixed by the [Collector] after such inquiry as he may deem fit.
