Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Registrar General of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act, 1953.State Act of Telangana · Act 8 of 1953

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Registrar General of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act, 1953.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
