The Telangana Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2010.State Act of Telangana · Act 13 of 2010

(1) The Government, may, either suo-motu or on an application made to it by an aggrieved person, at any time, for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality, regularity, propriety or correctness of any order passed under this Act, call for and examine the record of any case and may pass such order thereon as it thinks fit within a reasonable time:

Provided that the Government shall not exercise the power conferred on it by this section in respect of an order against which an appeal preferred under section 12 is pending or in case the period for preferring an appeal has not expired:

Provided further that the Government shall not pass any order under this section which adversely affects any person, unless such person has had a reasonable opportuntty of being heard.

(2) Any order passed under this section shall be final.
