Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Regulation of Trade in Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor Act, 1993.State Act of Telangana · Act 15 of 1993

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana [Regulation of Trade in *]Indian Made Foreign Liquor], Foreign Liquor] Act, 1993.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions.
