Section 11

The Telangana Requisitioning of Buildings Act, 1954.State Act of Telangana · Act 11 of 1954

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of requisition made by the competent authority under section 3 or section 4 may, within fifteen days from the date of service of the order, prefer an appeal to the State Government.

(2) On receipt of an appeal under sub-section (1), the State Government may, after calling for a report from the competent authority and after making such further inquiry, if

(3) Where an appeal is preferred under sub-section (1), the State Government may stay the enforcement of the order of the competent authority for such period and on such conditions as they think fit.
