Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Reservation in favour of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of Muslims Act, 2007.State Act of Telangana · Act 26 of 2007

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Reservation in favour of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of Muslims Act, 2007.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th July, 2007.
