Section 8: Power to remove difficulties.

The Telangana Reservation in favour of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of Muslims Act, 2007.State Act of Telangana · Act 26 of 2007

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may make such order not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act as may appear to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing such difficulty:

Provided that no such orders shall be issued after expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
