The Telangana Road Development Corporation Act, 1998.State Act of Telangana · Act 1 of 1998

(1) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 37 of this Act, the net profit, if any, attributable to each of the main objects, namely road development, maintenance and management shall be fully credited to the Corporation.

(2) the net-deficit, if any in respect of any of the objects shall be solely borne by the Government.

36. The interest, charges and all other expenditure shall be added to the capital cost and all receipts shall be taken in reduction of such cost if the Corporation is in deficit.
