Section 9: Savings in respect of acts done in good faith

The Telangana Scheduled Areas Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Regulations, 1979State Regulations of Telangana · 1971

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be so done in pursuance of this regulation or the rules made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Corporation for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of the provisions of this regulation or by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be so done in pursuance of this regulation or the rules made thereunder.
