Every establishment shall provide under sub-section (I) of the section 28 with adequate means of escape in case of fire and shall also provide buckets of substantial construction full of water or sand and! or chemical fire extinguishers in suitable number and at suitable sites according to the nature of work carried on and the size of the premises.
