Section 2: Definitions The Telangana Shops & Establishments Rules, 1990 State Rules of Telangana · 1988
In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:-
(a) "Act" means the 2Telangana Shops and Establishments Act, 1988;
(b) "Family members" means father, mother, wife, husband, sons, daughters, sisters and brothers, wholly dependent on the earnings of the employer;
(e) "Form" means a form appended to these Rules;
(d) Government' means the State Government of 2Telangana;
(e) "section" means a section of the Act ;
(f) Words and expressions used but not defined in these rules shall have the same meanings assigned to them in the Act.
