Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Silkworm Seed and Cocoon (Control) Act, 1956.State Act of Telangana · Act 15 of 1956

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Silkworm Seed and Cocoon (Control) Act, 1956.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Telangana Gazette, appoint.
