The Telangana State Building Permission Approval and Self Certification System (TS-bPASS) Act, 2020.State Act of Telangana · Act 12 of 2020

(1) Provision of “Right to Clearances under TS-bPASS” system to the applicant to know the reasons for delay and to cause the imposition of penalties to the designated officers of the competent authority.

(2) The State Government may, by notification, create a “Grievance Redressal Mechanism” to effectively deal with Review of State Level cases.
