For the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Telangana Gazette, make such adaptations and modifications of [the Co-operative Societies Act of 1932, and the Co-operative Societies Act of 1952], and the rules made thereunder, whether by way of repeal or amendment as may be necessary or expedient.
