Section 15: Accounts and Audit.

The Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Farmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) Act, 2016.State Act of Telangana · Act 12 of 2016

(1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts, in such form as may be prescribed.

(2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited annually and the audited report shall be placed before the Legislature.
