The Telangana State Prevention of Touting and Malpractices against Tourists and Travellers Act, 2021.State Act of Telangana · Act 10 of 2021

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana State Prevention of Touting and Malpractices against Tourists and Travellers Act, 2021.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Telangana State.

(3) It shall come into force on such date1 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
