Section 21: Appeals against Town Vending Committee

Telangana Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rule,2020Central Rules · 2014

An applicant, who is aggrieved by any decision of the Town Vending Committee with respect to issue of certificate of vending or cancellation or suspension of certificate, may appeal to the Municipal Committee constituted by the local authority concerned within [1] month of the decision of the Town Vending Committee in the prescribed Form–B. The Municipal 13 Committee shall have to dispose his/her appeal within [1] month from the date of receipt of application either by rejecting or accepting it with a speaking order on applicant’s representation after giving him a personal hearing.
