Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1961.State Act of Telangana · Act 45 of 1961

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1961.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Telangana Gazette, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
