Section 22: Repeal.

The Telangana Vaccination Act, 1951.State Act of Telangana · Act 24 of 1951

All statutory provisions and rules and regulations having the force of law, relating to vaccination, which are inconsistent with or repetitions of any of the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed:

Provided that any appointments made or any notifications or orders issued under the provisions, rules and regulations so repealed shall, so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, continue in force and be deemed to be made under this Act.
