The Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986.State Act of Telangana · Act 29 of 1986

(1) The Commissioner shall be the Chief-Executive and whole time officer of the Commissionerate and he shall implement the decisions of the Governing Council and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be delegated to him from time to time by the Governing Council.

(2) The Commissioner shall exercise general control and supervision over the dispensaries and hospitals in the effective performance of their functions under this Act or the regulations made thereunder.
