Section 6

The Telangana Water Resources Regulatory Commission Act, 2009.State Act of Telangana · Act 15 of 2009

(1) The Chairperson and Members of the Commission shall hold office for a period of five years or till attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

(2) The Chairperson and the Members of the Commission shall not be eligible for second term appointment.
