Section 16: Deregistration of the Telemarketers

The Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010Central Regulations · 1997

A telemarketer, registered under regulation 14, may deregister itself in accordance with the procedure 9 specified in the Schedule-III to these regulations.
