Section 10

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Ordinance, 1996.Ordinance · 1996

(1) The Authority may appoint officers and such other employees as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Ordinance.

(2) The salary and allowances payable to and the other conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the Authority appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by regulations.
