Section 17: Delegation.

The Terrorist Affected Areas (Special Courts) Act, 1984Central Act · Act 61 of 1984

The Central Government may, by notification, delegate, subject to such conditions as may be specified, all or any of the powers exercisable by it under this Act [except the power under subsection (2) of section 4 and the power under sub-section (2) of section 7] to the State Government.
