The Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Ordinance, 1987.Ordinance · 1987

(i) This Ordinance may be called the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Ordinance, 1907.

(2) It extends to the whole of India, and it applies also—

(a) to citizens of India outside India;

(b) to persons in the service of the Government, wherever they may be; and

(3) It shall come into force on the 24th day of May, 1987.
