Section 38: Repeal and saving.

The Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1995Central Act · Act 39 of 1995

(1) The Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1995 (Ord. 6 of 1995), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
