In these rules, unless the contex! requires otherwisc,—
(a) “Act” means the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
“ (b) “authorized ofiicer” means the officer appointed by the State Government unfer section 61 or section 63 ;
(¢) “Form™ means a Form appended to these rules ;
(51) “President” means the President ol thc Tribunal ;
(e) “section™ means a section of the Act;

(g) “Iribunal” means lhe Tribunal of Appeal constituted under seclion 75. iy
3. The other manner of publicatior: of declaration of intention io make .
scheme under section 60.— (1) The declaration of intention to make a town & planning scheme published in the Official Gazette, under section 60, shall, !
~along with a copy of the plan be pubiished aiso by keeping a copy thereof i 4 open fo fhe inspection of the public at the head office of the Planning < Authority, during office-hours.
(2) A public notice of such declaration of intention shall also-be given in the manner laid down in section 137, and such nolice shail also indicate that a copy of the declaration along with a copy of the plan showing the area lo be included in the scheme is kept open for the inspection of the public at the head office of the Planning Authorily during office-hours.
