Section 1: Short Title, extent and commencement

These regulations may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regul…State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2016

(1) These regulations may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their notification in the Official Gazette.

(3) These Regulations shall be applicable to all employees of the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority appointed under Section 20 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
