Section 25: Ex-gratia Payment

These regulations may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regul…State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2016

(1) The employees of the Authority shall be eligible for ex-gratia payment as per the scale and conditions laid down from time to time by the State Government for its employees.

(2) The employees of the Authority shall be entitled to such other allowances as may be made applicable to its employees by the State Government from time to time.
