Section 38: Conduct and Discipline

These regulations may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regul…State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2016

(1) The provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1979 and the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979, as amended from time to time and any other applicable laws, rules and regulations, as applicable to employees of the State Government, shall apply to the employees in the regular service of the Authority.

(2) The appointing authority, disciplinary authority, appellate authority and reviewing authority in respect of the officers and staff of the Authority shall be as specified in Appendix-‘C’.
