Section 7: Announcement of Vacancies

These regulations may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regul…State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2016

Except as provided in these Regulations, the Authority shall advertise for the vacancies to be filled in on a regular basis by duly giving wide publicity :

Provided that the vacancies to be filled in by deputation shall be circulated to the relevant Government departments, public sector undertakings or public utility.
