Section 10: Declaration of financial or other Interest

These rules may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Chairperson, Members Officers and other Employees (Appointment…State Rules of Maharashtra · 2016

Before appointment, the Chairperson and the Member shall give an undertaking in Form III that he does not and will not have any such financial or other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially his functions as such Chairperson or Member.
